The Motorola Edge 40 is powered by the Dimensity 8020 SoC and runs Android 13 out of the box. It’s built around a 6.55″ 144Hz FullHD+ OLED screen with a centered punch hole for the 32MP selfie camera and a fingerprint reader underneath for password-less phone unlocking.
The back panel of the Motorola Edge 40 – which is made of acrylic plastic on the Coronet Blue model and has a vegan leather finish on Jet Black and Reseda Green versions – sports a 50MP primary camera (with OIS) and a 13MP ultrawide unit.
Keeping the entire package up and running is a 4,400 mAh battery supporting 68W wired and 15W wireless charging. The rest of the Motorola Edge 40’s highlights include an IP68 rating, stereo speakers, Dolby Atmos, and USB-C.
